The Value Group Collaboration Hub is an internal platform built for Value Group employees and clients. It provides a central place to track and coordinate collaboration with clients, replacing scattered emails and spreadsheets with a single structured workspace.
Privacy
What data do we collect?
We collect only the information necessary to provide and operate this platform. This includes your name, email address, company affiliation, and activity within the collaboration hub (such as project comments and document interactions). We do not collect any data beyond what you explicitly provide or what is generated through normal use of the platform.
With whom do we share this data?
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Access to your information is limited to Value Group employees and systems necessary to operate this platform. If you authenticate via Microsoft 365, your login is handled by Microsoft in accordance with their privacy policy; we only receive confirmation of your identity.
Security
How do we secure your visit?
All traffic to and from this platform is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using a secure algorithm before being saved. One-time sign-in links (OTP) expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once. Sessions are protected against common web vulnerabilities including CSRF, XSS, and session hijacking.
